Summary
Senior level management positions held within major development and hotel companies worldwide over a 28 year period prefaced with a nine year work experience as a licensed architect, enhances the vision required to provide the leadership necessary to ensure large scale projects maintain the quality of the design intent, the schedule, and the budget.
Over 20 major mixed-use developments including 5 star hotels, condominiums, shopping centers, golf courses, and high-end retail have been successfully completed under the direction of Mr. Irvin in Egypt, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic as well as throughout the USA. The project value for all these completed developments is over $7,000,000,000. Mr. Irvin is currently working in Cairo, Egypt responsible for directing billion dollar mixed-use developments.
