OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Cement Engineering, detailed Cement job programming & slurry designing.
Cementing Service Contract formulation, Tender-bid evaluation, price negotiations thereon, and the overall management of cementing contracts .
Development of Business Strategies, cost modeling & Market-share analysis.
Evaluation of Service standards of cementing companies. Report-generation, Root-cause analysis, proactive interaction with service companies to adopt new technologies /products /practices in order to provide more techno-economical and value added zonal isolation solutions.
Tendering Process including pre-qualification of Drilling & Service companies, Deployment of resources, personnel administration, manpower, & material management. Drilling & WO Rig-deployment planning.

FIELD EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience covers mainly execution and on-job supervision of oil well cementing operations & associated services like pumping, pressure testing, acidization and down-hole tools.
Have independently performed / supervised close to thousand cementing jobs including primary casing & liner jobs , secondary plug & squeeze cementations , Ultra light weight cementation , HPHT cementations , two stage jobs , Diesel-oil cementation at numerous on-land rigs (desert as well as forests) and offshore rigs ( jack-ups , floater & platform ).

Assam & Ahmedabad (India) , Abu Dhabi (UAE) & Messila (Yemen)
Worked at offshore locations of
Bombay-High, Heera, Tapti (India), Total-ABK, Sharjah, Ajman & DPC (UAE).
