1. Plan, organise, strategise and manage activities required for the implementation of freight forwarding / logistics contract services pertaining to costing, shipping, procurement, contracting, handling and ensure compliance to local and international customs and other statutory regulations and requirements for cost-effectiveness and smooth execution and completion of projects.
2. Develop and establish Freight Forwarding Services contract through consolidation and integration of requirements and established “umbrella contract” for both domestics & international operations to ensure smooth project execution & completion and achieve economies of scale.

Plan, co-ordinate and lead the consolidation of Service Requisition Form from project teams to acquire inspection & expediting services for project/drilling materials through prioritisation of actual inspection date at both local & overseas manufacturing plant in order to forecast future workloads and meet the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control(QC) plan.
11. Lead and execute total quality solutions in managing and resolving urgent and ad-hoc Inspection & Expediting service request through optimising available resources and strategic planning & co-ordination to effectively meet project requirements and schedule.

Lead and execute mini bidding(ITB), Technical and Commercial evaluation , Inspection & Expediting Assignment Instruction (IEAI) issuance to technically acceptable and commercially lowest bidders through compliance with PETRONAS and PCSB set policies to ensure the tendering schedule and objectives are achieved and meeting project requirements.
13. Manage post award Inspection and Expediting work progress by reviewing, tracking and monitoring of inspection reports received from vendors/inspectors and updating weekly progress report to ensure the inspection works are performed within schedule and specification.
14. Expedite within stipulated lead time the delivery of project/drilling materials and equipment procured through rigorous tracking of delivery date and constant liaison and communication with users and vendors to ensure all materials delivered on time.
