Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Analytical Method Development for API/Bulk drugs
As per Pharmacopoeia/in-house specifications.
2. Analysis of Pharmaceutical Bulk drugs, Raw materials, and
Formulated Dosages.
3. Analysis of Pre Clinical Samples by using LC/MS/MS.
4. Calibration of Instruments and proper records maintaining.
5. Validation of Analytical Methods as per ICH Guidelines.
6. Ensuring of GMP, GLP, cGMP
7. Efficient handling of Modern Analytical Instruments like
LC/MS/MS, HPLC, GC, GC-MS, FT-IR, UV Spectrophotometer.
8. Trouble shooting of Analytical Instruments.
9. Updating of Qualification of Instruments.
10. Writing and drafting of SOP&STP Procedures and so on.
11. Analysis of Peptide, Pre Clinical, and Stability samples,
Identification of Proteins and Impurities, Raw materials etc.
