We are currently searching for an experienced SAP Security / Database Administrator for our Perth-based client in the Mining Resources industry.

From a SAP aspect, your role will involve monitoring and administering the SAP system security requirements to ensure compliance with IT Standards and procedures. This includes making changes to the security profiles and policies and investigating security issues as required.
This position will also require you to administer and support the Microsoft SQL Server / SQL database, includingDatabase performance tuningDisaster recovery (planning and execution) Perform capacity planning
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified and possess extensive experience in database administration (SQL) and SAP security administration. You will also have previous experience in network design and integration (TCP/IP/ ODBC).
