My client is currently looking for a Senior CAD leader to come on board and lead a team of 15. You will be working on medium to high rise building structures ie: retail, commercial, industrial. You will be reporting directly to the National Manager and be a part of a driven and stimulating environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 8years experience in a consultancy environment.
- Strong AUTOCAD skills
- Associate Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Previously has held a managerial role
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbally & written
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all work is compliant and adheres to Australian standards & codes
- Providing training and mentoring to junior staff
- Projects are delivered on time
- Liaising with engineers & architects
